Our Services To You
Moss Golf Tours offer a comprehensive golf tour planning service.
For every package we will:
- create your tour itinerary
- book and confirm all your tee times
- book and confirm your hotel reservations
- make all the necessary transport arrangements during your stay
We can also make dinner reservations, provide sightseeing itineraries and
arrange golf tuition. In addition we will make sure you have all the information you need
to make the most of your golfing holiday.
For self-drive packages we will provide detailed driving instructions to your
accommodation and each course included in your golf itinerary.
Please note that we do not deal with airlines or make arrangements
for your travel to and from Scotland.
Course Information
Prior to your arrival in Scotland, we will send information on the
facilities available at each of the courses being played. Your itinerary will also show
the driving times between each location.
On arrival, route instructions and course cards will all be waiting for
you as part of our welcome pack.
Golf Etiquette in Scotland
Our guide to what you need to know to avoid embarrassement on the course will be in your
welcome pack. Information is also available in our section on
golfing in Scotland.
We will advise you on what to bring and what to wear.
For some courses you will need a jacket and tie if you intend using, or dining in, the Clubhouse.
We will make sure you know where this dress code is applied.
Local Information
If requested, prior to your arrival we will send you some ideas for sightseeing
in the area in which you are staying.
We will also provide suggestions for dining out in the local area. Your accommodation
will also be able to help with any further information you might need, such as
local taxi services if you would prefer a day, or an evening, without driving.
Additional Services
You may like to book a lesson with one of the local golf professionals during your stay.
Links golf may be very different from what you are used to - on windy days keeping the
ball low can be all important to achieving a good score! So some tuition may be a good
idea to help you get the most from your golf break.
Lessons can be booked for you in advance, or we can provide contact details for local
teaching professionals for you to arrange your own times.
