The Fairmont St Andrews is set high above the town, in the middle
of its two championship standard golf courses, the
Kittocks and the
Torrance.
This modern resort hotel has over 209 bedrooms. All of the accommodation has
been recently refurbished, so you can expect a high standard of facilities and
comfort. The hotel offers a stylish Spa area with indoor swimming pool and a modern,
well equipped gymnasium.
There are two restaurants at the Fairmont as well as the
option of dining at the golf club house.
Extensive investment is being made into the two golf courses, with a number of layout
changes. The Torrance course was used as an Open Qualifying Course for the
2010 Open Championship at St Andrews after extensive re-modelling.
